Extract obtained from artichoke (Cynara scolymus), it is rich in chlorogenic acid. It helps modulate blood glucose and detoxify the liver and repair damaged liver cells. It is considered as a diuretic and depurative.

Its origin comes from a thistle cultivated by the Greeks and Romans and spread to North Africa, Spain and Italy, where its cultivation improved.
